Description: Cognac was impressive the moment his feet hit the ground. Strikingly hansome head with outstanding fleece displaying incredible luster and high frequency deep amplitude crimp from skin to tip with soft silky handle. Solid black eyes, perfect bite, great density and staple to his fleece, strong boned square frame. There was no doubt he was a high quality alpaca with show ring potential. We had Cognac in our 2007 U.S. show string where he placed in every show entered. We will post his placings in the near future.
All being what we expected with his dam "Brandi" being a Golden Boy daughter out of Bolivian Coseta, an extremely dense fine female with very proud upright stature and very nice fineness. Then add in the fact that Tell Hot Shot is from the NGG Lional / Peruvian Bueno side, and displays a very unique taupe grey fleece with great luster and crimp, but is no longer available for breeding. All added up, Cognac is a keeper with a great future ahead of him.
